Swimming With Tessa

Introduction: I teach and coach swimming. I love the water and how therapeutic it is! I am all about the patron enjoying their experience as they learn to be confident in the water. I provide not only swimming skills, but holistic care as well. Coaching through affirmation is the best way to empower people beyond what they believe they can do. Listening to what struggles and life situations are occurring is a key part in valuing customers as people. I swam competitively for 11 years. I swam for 1 year for Biola University, 2010-2011, and performed the mile. I've been on swim team since I was 8 years old. Moreover, I have received the most inspirational coach's award, team captain, team leader and various other awards on different swim teams. Clients have affirmed their enjoyment of swimming, improvement, reaching their goals, and feeling valued.
