- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free estimate and give you an honest assessment on pool equipment quality and water chemistry on our first visit. We will give you a price quote based on the size of your pool/spa and any nearby trees/shrubs that may contribute to the amount of work necessary to clean the pool. We provide an engagement letter which summarizes our findings and itemizes all services and fees for your pool maintenance contract. There are no surprises in fees or scope of work. Everything is written down.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our 15-year track record in the industry gives us a broad view of all the pool equipment brands and how each motor, filter and salt cell works. We have experience repairing and installing heaters, single/variable speed pumps, salt chlorinators, pool automation, pool lights and controls.
