We hired Ed and Al’s Catering for one of our friend’s birthday parties and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole experience. The tacos were absolutely delicious. Authentic carne asada, pollo, quesadillas, with very fresh sides including guacamole, salsa, cilantro, and more. Not only is the food delicious, but the ease with which they made things when hiring, ordering, and planning was so smooth! I’ve had experiences with other places that were nowhere near as easy and smooth I wish I had known about them sooner! Ed and Al’s was very easy to reach out to to plan our party and very professional not only when planning but when they actually catered at our party. Food was fresh and I could see everyone’s enjoyment as they went for seconds and thirds. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants a great, smooth, and affordable experience with one of the best authentic Mexican food I’ve had.
