Efren was excellent. We discussed the problems I was having with my laptop via email and he picked it up the next day. We discussed further what was wrong and he explained exactly what he was going to do to fix my laptop and gave me a very reasonable price. He had the computer back to me in two days and explained what he had done and showed me that it was working well. I would gladly recommend Efren.

He is honest in his assessments and recommendations. He thinks that parts for my 5-year old Epson printer plus his labor to fix it, is not worth it compared to buying a new one. And I believed him, because I saw a new wifi Epson printer/copier/scanner for my purpose for less than $60.00 from Amazon.
