Mike catered an event with 60 people expected at our home. Everything I requested food-wise was supplied, and the food was served within our requested time frame. The hamburgers/cheeseburgers and chicken were very good, with all the fresh fixin's, and the chocolate ice cream shakes were awesome. Mike's fryer for the fries was not working, but he was able to use our home oven. Would have loved to have tasted those fresh fried! Suggestions: chill the root beer prior to using for floats, and have enough floats and shakes for each person to have one of each treat. Mike was very easy to work with, and I would use Mike again.

Awesome is the perfect word to describe events by Jessica! I had to back-to-back parties in early December that couldn't have been more perfectly executed. Jessica thought of absolutely everything to make each party a success. From the the the waitstaff that she hired, all were perfectly informed, professional and fantastic at their jobs. The food was amazing, the staff was prompt and polite. Both parties could not have been any better! The first person I will call before planning my next event will be Jessica! She's AWESOME!

Marie Stark was an absolute life saver at my wedding. To put things bluntly, I had a very difficult wedding party to work with and she was nothing but patient with them. Not only that, but she managed to turn my wedding dream into a reality. The entire process of working with Marie was incredibly calming which was refreshing considering how stressful wedding planning can be. I could not be happier with Marie as my wedding coordinator. She managed everything that I couldn’t on my wedding day and I am truly grateful for all of her efforts. I highly recommend her!

I hired Elvia and her assistant as party staff and they were so helpful in making sure our event ran smoothly and our guests were welcomed. There was no need to provide them with much direction as they took initiative to keep on top of many tasks as needed. They were also very friendly and pleasant to work with. I am so thankful for them--they were a tremendous help!

Get Tested Coachella Valley is a service of the Desert AIDS Project. We do not have any previous experience or relationship with Enchanted Memories. They were a referral from Thumbtack. We utilized the talents of Enchanted Memories for the 2015 Palm Springs Pride Parade. We required specific balloon creations and what we believe to be large amounts of them. My contact person was Lizette and she is a true professional. We exchanged many emails and a few phone calls to clarify our expectations for this important Public Relations event. Timeliness, reliability and availability were highly important in order for this event to work. Enchanted memories met all of these obligations with ease. While the other reviews speak about intimate parties, it’s my belief that Enchanted Memories is capable in handling bigger projects. If I were a corporate or large organization executive, I wouldn’t hesitate to consider the talents of this team for customizing a staff event or community outreach program. Her staff is made up of talented artists who are charismatic and friendly. During our event, they stayed with us until we were “on” and the balloon creations were revealed to the city of Palm Springs. I am grateful to Thumbtack for having Enchanted Memories on their list of service providers. Thank you Enchanted Memories for helping make our event a success.
