I hired Javier and his crew to help me with a kitchen and bathroom remodel. They were very professional, clean and fast. Javier and his crew always made sure everything was just how we wanted it. Didn’t finish the job. They did the demo. One of his workers probably worked on it for one day. Didn’t see anyone ever since. Kept being told it was not a big project, so it should be done within the time frame (1 month) that was given. Week after week, no progress. Lost my patience, time, and money for guests that were going to be staying at my unit. Also, didn’t give me back refund or at least partial.

Javier is a genuinely nice guy and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, at this time, he's got too many competing items in his life to complete even the most basic jobs. He started my bathroom in November and he hasn't been by in the last month and won't take my calls (even thought I know he's online). I would avoid his services until he gets his life in order and can finish something he started.

I am a well rounded knowledgeable builder. Who had great mentors and Master craftsmen teach me the skills I possess.
I also love what I do. That is why I am not the cheapest.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all of want new clients to know that when they hire me they hire someone who truly cares and will see there project thru and that all of my knowledge and experience is and will be used for their benefit .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a Construction management course at Laney College and studied horticulture at Merrit college.
