I charge competitvely based on the difficulty of the task and amount of time for the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been using PC's since I was 5 years old, back when we had no windows, and had to use 5 and half inch floppies. Because I started from DOS, I have a fairly good idea of how computers work from the ground up.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Printer Troubleshooting, Connecting to the Internet, setting up Microsoft Office or Windows, syncing contacts photos and movies to your phone.
