Used Sierra Madre Catering for an office holiday party. Would definitely use them again and pricing was very reasonable. Everyone in the office was very happy with the food and they were able to accommodate several vegetarians and one vegan in our office.
I hired the queen Elsa entertainment for my daughters 8th birthday party of frozen and the party was a hit. The kids loved the face painting while she sang songs ,they enjoyed the magic show and balloon animals. She was great and on time!! I would definitely recommend to anyone for there event/party. Going to other people's party who had entertainment similar she by far the was best and was worth it the money I paid😁 would definitely recommend 👍🏻
Marie was my day-of coordinator for my outdoor wedding last Friday. Our ceremony was in the back yard lawn area of a lake house, and the reception was on the beach. Marie was amaazing!! Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Her services started out with a phone consultation where my husband and I were able to ask questions about what her services include. After we hired her, I then met with her via Skype to discuss the details of our wedding while my husband was at work. The day before the wedding, she came to our venue for the dress rehearsal and ran us through the entire ceremony a couple times. Finally, where it mattered most, on the day of our wedding, Marie showed up with her assistants and connected with all of our vendors, set up all of the tables based on pictures I sent her, stayed in contact with my wedding party and family who helped with setup, checked in with my husband and I often, and kept us on schedule throughout the entire outdoor ceremony and reception! Marie also offered her assistance with any requests my husband or I had. She and her team did all this through the 40 mph winds that kept blowing everything off our tables! After reflecting on our big day and the weeks leading up to it, there's only one thing that I wish I would have done differently, which is to stay completely hidden before walking down the aisle. My flower girl and ring bearer took a bit longer to walk down, and my dad and I were standing visibly at the door ready to walk out for a couple minutes before we finally took our first step. I could have simply requested to stay hidden from Marie or hid myself until go time, however I thought of it too late and my husband already saw me. He still got emotional though so it worked out regardless! Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect!! Everything turned out so beautifully and the events were smooth sailing! Without a doubt, I would absolutely hire Marie again and again. I give her my highest level of recommendation, and I know every bride- and groom-to-be would be pleased with her services! :)
Michelle catered my sister's Sweet 16th birthday party last Saturday with a pasta bar (fettucini alfredo, Meat-lover's Lasagna, garlic bread, and salad), and did an amazing job. This is not an exaggeration! The food was beyond our expectations. The taste of the food was better than any Italian restaurant I've been to. Everything was fresh, homemade, and delicious. The quantity of food we ordered was for 50 people, and ended up feeding over 65 (and we had leftovers, although not for long). Michelle was professional, friendly, courteous, and delivered prompt service. Her prices were more than fair. I'm looking forward to the day she opens her own restaurant. I seriously cannot think of anything she could have done better. We will definitely be booking her again in the future! Thanks One Hot Dish!!

I hired Ricki, my Special Event Genie, to work her magic (and dedicated hard work) on my 70th Birthday Party. Every detail was absolutely perfect. Ricki kept in touch with me by phone, text and in person meetings from the day I hired her, came to my event hours early and stayed late to manage clean up. She knew every aspect of party planning from table position and centerpieces that maintain a theme to creative displays to timelines — All of my guests enjoyed interacting with her and everyone had a good time.
Terri did an amazing job for a great price. I was very specific with what I wanted and she worked seamlessly with my wedding planner to achieve that. Day-of, I felt beautiful walking with my flowers and got compliments on them! Thanks, Terri!

A close friend recommended John/Perry for planning my husbands 40th birthday surprise party. This was my first time working with an event planner and John/Perry went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did they create a great ambience with specialty cocktails, lighting, and music, but the food displays were a work of art. You can tell they know what they are doing and care about the people they are doing it for. People are still talking about it. My guests all enjoyed a wonderful evening. Karen is true to her company's name- a DREAM! It was such a joy to work with her, and having her calming presence around one of the most potentially stressful situations was a Godsend! We had a very unconventional ceremony and reception location, and she had incredible ideas that really saved the day- She organized and wrangled a complicated venue, all the while being so positive and calm. She is patient, structured, thorough, and just such a joy to be around! You can tell that she's seen it all, because nothing rattled her, and she had inventive solutions for every single hurdle we had: event flow, ceremony planning, venue snafus! We are so grateful and blessed to have this attentive, experienced planner coordinate our wedding, and you will be, too!!

Deuce was truly a lifesaver when it came to planning my husband’s 40th birthday party. I wanted something that would be unforgettable but still within my budget and Deuce was able to come through with everything I wanted and more. I consider myself a pretty creative planner but I definitely pale in comparison to Jackie’s creativity when it comes to decor, presentation, and making the whole event from start to finish very memorable for my husband. This is my second time using them for events the first time was a Christmas party at my home .They turn my backyard into a winter wonderland they provided tables,chairs,heating lamps, decoration, Candy Apples, cookies chocolate dipped strawberries fountains, and a custom photo frame and the second event was my godson's birthday party where they turn Paw Patrol into a reality the decorations was so realistic that you thought you were in the cartoon I was very impressed by the quality of work and professionalism and that they were able to stick with my budget. thank you sincerely Tarasha
To be honest we were having a little difficulty communicating at the beginning. After we got everything straighten out, like who was going to do the alcohol shopping. It was decided they would do it for us that way we could get the best deal. After that was set everything was pretty straightforward. They arrived at the venue and were super nice and very easy to talk to. Very accommodating, helpful, and very nice to all my guest. Went above and beyond to help us make our party the best it could be. They walked around the party asking my guest if they needed anything to drink or wanted anything. I really liked that. Debi & her team are the best resource I know of for party and event help. We've used her for charity events, birthday and anniversary party planning, execution and gift help, decorating for the holidays. I also had Debi help with team parties. No detail is left out or unattended to. She's organized, creative, and fun to work with.
We had Portero Concierge handle our 50 wedding anniversary party. Everything went off without a hitch. The setting and the attention to detail was superb.
