Introduction: In clear terms, Reiki is universal life energy. Occasionally, it is called Chi, Prana, and life force. Every living thing has this Universal Life Energy. Our energy flows and ebbs as we experience our daily lives. Reiki works to harmonize this energy on a physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental level. Once our energy is balanced, we're more able to make conscious choices. As a Reiki Master I serve as a channel for this energy, letting it to flow through me to the client. Many people experience sensations of heat and/or tingles as they receive the therapy. Throughout the treatment, the client is completely clothed, and simply rests as the Reiki energy progress to where and as it is required. The minimal treatment is one hour, but it is suggested to have a full session, 90 minutes. After getting a Reiki treatment, a majority of people feel rejuvenated, revitalized, and relaxed. Reiki may be utilized together with other healing modalities without interference. One of the benefits of Reiki is that it can be remotely performed, allowing the client to carry on with their everyday activities uninterrupted. Using specific symbols, Reiki healing energy go beyond space and time, which results in the same benefits as though the client was in the same room.
