She is very youthful looking, active and wanted a very colorful room in terms of her decorations. In my sister's haste and excitement, she had ordered a "balloon kit" garland off Amazon that she really wanted, and that she thought we could easily put together. 2 days before her party she shows me the kit and I said "NO WAY" can we put this thing together! It had over 143 pieces! Long story short, I went on Thumbtack and connected with Luminous Balloons around 11:00 pm Thursday night. They responded within minutes. They asked questions about the colors, style and type of balloons we preferred. We sent attached photos back and forth. This online communication went on until about 1:30 am Friday morning when I finally sent my deposit. I appreciated their thoroughness in making sure they got it right for exactly what I wanted and they waited sometimes 20 minutes or more for my responses. Saturday afternoon they showed up on time and even worked with the flimsy backdrop frame my sister had bought - Lol. We were all VERY pleased with their work, the price and the excellent customer service we received on such short notice. Thank you Luminous Balloons!"See more
