I can't say enough good things! After searcing for months to find someone knowledgeable to fix my old Lenovo, I tried Thumbtack. I was fortunate to connect with EZPCHelp, who responded to my request for help literally in no time! Andrew remotely helped me to resolve issues that were longstanding and some that I had just learned to ignore. He also instructed me about how to make my son's laptop work more efficiently, which was an added benefit. I was happy to pay his fair price. He really knows his stuff and it was fun to work with as well. After 25 years with a large accounting firm, I was used to having company tech guys help me, and Andrew is that caliber of repair person! I've got a few other computers and will be contacting him again and have recommended him to some friends. I know they will be as pleased as I am!

I had a great experience with this technician. I was treated respectfully and though we learned I had a corrupted HD and it could not be repaired, his diligence to ensure the diagnosis was correct was amazing. He spoke very clearly and was very easy to follow over the phone. I am very pleased though I have had to purchase a new PC, but I suspected that and wanted to check it out before I invested money in a new one. I cannot say enough about my experience and will certainly recommend you to anyone that needs a tech. Thank you again for all of your help.

In my initial request I stated that I was clueless about the problem but could follow instructions given over the phone, so that's what we did. I was correct in thinking it wasn't an equipment problem; it's always nice to be right about something. It took him less than a half hour to convince my computer to work again; very happy about that!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use remote control software to safely connect to a client's computer. In the event the computer is unable to connect to the internet, we walk the client through the needed steps to restore internet access for their computer, then we identify and resolve the original cause of the problem.

Computer Science degree and 25+ years IT experience
