1) Jacob O. was professional, friendly, respectful, and was efficient in replacing the motor unit. During installation, a molding on the outdoor frame fell off. He offered to re-install it and hammered the molding back in place; saving me a visit from the HOA. I am grateful.2) When my garage door would not close, I called and was told the scheduling would involve a 3 hour wait, which gave me anxiety as the garage would be wide open. Eileen was kind to re-arrange the schedule and Jacob came over in an hour! Thank you for our friendly chat, and the earlier appointment.

We were very impressed with repair and replacement of parts to our garage door and opener. The tech n ician gave us a great analysis of what was needed. Then completed the work. Company was able to schedule us same day.
