I worked with mark for 3 months before my wedding and when he promised to kick my ass, he definitely pulled through! Even though I had low stamina to begin with, he helped me build it up and pushed me to my limits, but never over my limits. His funny and positive attitude made it easier to things I didn't really want to do (like burpees) and had a good sense of humor when I liked to complain a lot haha. He also is a nutritionist and gave me menus to (try to) follow! I would definitely call him to help me train again when I need it.
Denise delivers. She is the ideal mix of personal trainer and nutritionist.

I'm always excited about what's coming next.. Feeling stronger makes me want to feel stronger, If that makes sense! She is a personal trainer, Nutritionist, And life coach all in once. I now know that "healthy is not something to achieve easily" Christy is awesome, She knows what she is talking about and shows that she really cares. I could write all kinds of stuff. I'm grateful for a big shift that's taking place on my whole attitude toward diet, exercise, And myself. I couldn't have gotten this far without Christy's constant encouragement, listening to my every woe and not forcing advice on me but giving me options that allow me to still have a life. Thanks for your help, Christy is a big deal!!
Jeanne taught me why and how to shift my eating habits to erase symptoms, and to improve my over all health and vitality. The experience was life changing and improved my relationship with family and friends. Jeanne is a cutting edge leading nutritionist I love to follow.
Erik is on point with what he teaches you. A+ top notch nutritionist.
In March 2017, I was stuck in my weight loss efforts despite limiting my calories and exercise efforts. Shedding 30+ pounds had been a struggle for years – my weight would yo-yo; sometimes being able to lose a few pounds with deprivation, but the pounds always returned once I started eating again. I was also experiencing fairly severe health annoyances like constant watery eyes and significant swelling in my knees – but my focus was really not on those things; it was on wanting to lose weight. Convinced that my metabolism was permanently stifled due to my age and years of yo-yo dieting (I am 55 years old), I was ready to give up and accept the way I looked and felt as my unfortunate reality. My husband thankfully encouraged me to see a Dietician/Nutritionist, and I found Donna online. My first appointment with Donna was in late March. We decided that I would do a 2 week cleanse (Detox) to rid my body of toxins – it was excruciating (but worth it!), proof that my body was full of bad things. I then went through testing for the LEAP program. The results were very interesting – things I had been eating for years in my efforts to lose weight – like certain fruits, garbanzo beans, cabbage, corn, chicken, and beef – and things like basil, garlic, and peanuts – were identified as intolerances for me. Donna explained that these foods led to inflammation and worked against my weight loss efforts. As well, consumption of these foods was causing/aggravating the other health symptoms I was experiencing. Fast forward to six months later, and while I have not been perfect, I am over halfway to my weight loss goal! Thanks to Donna and the LEAP protocol, I have lost about 20 pounds, the swelling in my knees is noticeably reduced, and my eyes are only occasionally mildly watery. My physical and mental health has improved, and I am aware of how I feel when eating certain foods to the point that I embarked on a 10-week program to give up sugar on August 1st. One of the best things about the LEAP program is that it is not a Diet – this is a Lifestyle Change which I will be able to maintain. I highly recommend Donna and the programs she uses to others struggling with health issues, including the inability to lose weight. It is amazing how much what we ingest affects our health, and it’s not just avoiding those foods we know we shouldn’t eat! I was eating hummus and grapefruit regularly in my prior weight loss efforts, and it turns out those so-called health foods were working against me. This program has been life changing for me, and I am so appreciative for Donna and her true concern about my health.
I started working with Mascha this year. As soon as I found out that I am pregnant I wanted the help of a licensed nutritionist to be sure I am making the very best food decisions. Mascha has been an incredible help and support. There is so much information to take in when you are pregnant and many different philosophies. Mascha helped me make personal food choices that would insure I matched the needs of my growing baby. She has been able to provide me with research-based information on my most important nutrition and health needs while avoiding fads and misconceptions. It is obvious in working with Mascha that she puts health at the center of her own life and integrates that with the knowledge of living around the world in extremely diverse settings (Europe to Africa). I now meet with Mascha before the start of each trimester. She provides me with organized print outs of condensed information on what will support my pregnancy. We focus on tracking my nutrition to be sure I am getting the needed daily allowances of vital things for things like brain and bone growth. We have integrated work with a food journal and nutrition App. Mascha has also been great in between our sessions when I have questions on supplements, exercise, and ways to combat pregnancy side effects with nutrition. Working with Mascha has really helped me feel more confident in how I am approaching my pregnancy. She is a special person with a contagious attitude for healthy living!
I sought out Rande's help for my teenage son who struggles with a persistent rash on either side of his nose. She put him on a restricted diet for three months and recommended a Vitamin A protocol to help calm his histamine reaction. Within days of starting the protocol, in combination with the diet, his rash all but disappeared! He is now motivated to stay on the diet and finally is convinced that it matters what he puts in his body. We are so thankful to Rande.
Intuitive Eating is where it is at for me. I believe life is to be enjoyed while being mindful. Lisa has an important message: trust yourself. Find out if you are eating because of hunger or something else. If it is not hunger, one can go to the next step and figure out (not easy) what is it that is bothering them. I found out I eat out of boredom. Now, I try to stop. The only pressure in this work is to listen to your own voice. I hope everyone will do this work. I also, learned by the end of the week the body balances its nutritional intake. Thank you, Lisa.
I have worked with Donna for over 17 years. She is awesome! As a nutritionist, personal trainer and lifestyle coach, Donna literally changed my life. I will always be indebted to her for what she has taught me. I highly recommend her!
Excellent knowledge and dedication towards. Got high sugars(272 fasting) in with HBA1C as 9.2. Initially had little medicine for one month and then consulted her. Started exercise and diet as suggested by her(No medicine). The readings without medicine are now 5.4. Even my endocrinologist was shocked after seeing the difference. I lost appox 30 lb since I started following her program. I am lucky that I found good nutritionist/dietitian. Below is the plan she gave to me: Excercise 1 hr daily with 30 min cardiac and 30 min weight. Diet: Eggs and nuts in the morning, gluten free diet throughout the day, salads in the evening.
I am a food lover. I believe it is a healer, a comforter, a confidence builder, and a tool to keep the body healthy & strong. I believe that a lot of issues begin and end with food. A part of loving yourself is feeding yourself good healthy nutritious food. I was trained as a nutritionist at UC Davis and as a cook in the grandmother's kitchen. I marry timeless cooking methods with a scientific approach. I like to talk about food, teach healthy ways to engage with food, and shop for food at different venues. I am non-judgmental, amiable, and very knowledgeable. I am not a believer in diets; I believe in incremental lifestyle changes that make big impacts.
