- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My personal goal in life, is to never turn down a client in need. Especially if they have taken the first and hardest step to get help. I charge by a (sliding scale), which means we talk about what they are comfortable and able to pay. Each case is different and looked at independently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time we speak over the phone, the client has an opportunity to ask me as many questions as they would like about my services. If they decide they would like to make an appointment, during our first appointment I ask them questions and we simply get to know each-other. The first session takes some time as I do a complete timeline of the clients life. In need to gather all the information both unfortunate and great memories, so that I can create a custom client treatment plan, and we go from there.
