Chef Hida was a gem. She was very responsive as we planned my daughter’s 40th birthday dinner. Food was abundant and delicious. Chef Hida was quiet but totally professional She was a little late and took some extra time prepping as her assistant was out sick but it didn’t matter to us I’d hire her again in a heartbeat. Turns out she and my daughter share a birthday so it was wonderful for her to work so hard on her special day.

Chef Hida was prompt, prepared and professional. She was reserved but extremely sweet and her food was delicious - particularly the appetizers and the arugula, citrus, and beet salad.

I recently booked a private chef for my girlfriend’s birthday dinner, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable and flawless experiences we’ve ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the presentation was stunning, and every dish was tailored to our preferences. You could really tell how much thought and passion went into the menu. What truly elevated the evening was the ambiance. The chef didn’t just cook; they transformed our space into a beautiful, intimate dining setting. The decorations were elegant and tasteful—candlelight, florals, and table settings that made it feel like we were in a romantic, exclusive venue. It completely surprised my girlfriend and set the perfect tone for the night. On top of that, the chef was warm, professional, and incredibly organized. Chef Hilda recently cooked for me when I hosted a dinner party of six her food was simply amazing. My guests and I raved about her flavor profiles and how she was able to deliver such incredible flavors. One of the best things about her is her willingness to collaborate with you on the menu you may have in mind. Many of the other chefs I contacted did not see as willing to change their set menus. From top to bottom, beginning from the appetizer, to the soup, to the salad, to the main course, to the dessert , it was undoubtably one of the best meals I’ve had anywhere! She is prompt. She is professional, and she is an amazing chef; hire her if she is available, she delivered an amazing menu at an incredible value, she will be my first choice if I needed Chef services again!
