Chef Hida was prompt, prepared and professional. She was reserved but extremely sweet and her food was delicious - particularly the appetizers and the arugula, citrus, and beet salad.

I recently booked a private chef for my girlfriend’s birthday dinner, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable and flawless experiences we’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was executed with incredible attention to detail and professionalism. The food was outstanding—each course felt like it belonged in a five-star restaurant. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the presentation was stunning, and every dish was tailored to our preferences. You could really tell how much thought and passion went into the menu. What truly elevated the evening was the ambiance. The chef didn’t just cook; they transformed our space into a beautiful, intimate dining setting. The decorations were elegant and tasteful—candlelight, florals, and table settings that made it feel like we were in a romantic, exclusive venue. It completely surprised my girlfriend and set the perfect tone for the night. On top of that, the chef was warm, professional, and incredibly organized. They arrived on time, handled everything smoothly, and left the kitchen spotless afterward. We didn’t have to lift a finger. What a fabulous chef. She’s professional, punctual, and her food was better than any place we could have eaten out. Worth every penny. My family can not stop talking about our meal. There was plenty left over for a second meal. ( we were so full)

Chef Hida truly exceeded all of our expectations! We went to Big Bear for the weekend to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and I thought the perfect way to end the weekend would be by hiring a chef to cook for us. From the very start, Chef Hida was incredibly attentive and responsive. What really stood out to me was that she took the time to personally call me after receiving my inquiry, answering all of my questions. It was such a personal touch that set her apart from anyone else! Now, the food… WOW. It was the best meal I’ve ever had. The food was absolutely incredible, and her customer service was exceptional. Chef Hida and her sous chef made sure the night was extra special, even providing birthday champagne glasses for us to celebrate. I only wish I lived closer so I could continue booking her. I can’t recommend her services enough. Thank you, Chef Hida, for an unforgettable experience! Wish I could rate more than 5 stars.
