FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fair and detailed with my estimates. I will always try to do the extras even if the customer doesn't always notice. I treat every home like it was my home or my family's.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial call I would arrange a time to look at the work that needs to be completed. I then take 24hrs or less to send a detailed estimate, most of the time I will include materials or suggested materials. When the estimate is approved I schedule a start date and discuss anything further with the customer. Depending on the size of the job a portion of payment would be due upfront and the final payment is due when the work is complete. My company is Insured and bonded.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During my 7 years with The home depot I worked on a night merchandising team that only worked at night due to the extensive work that had to be completed. The work involved a wide variety of projects ranging from assembling products and hooking up the electrical for the product to be displayed to demolition of large displays in the store to painting and this gave me a wide range of experience.
