Sierra and the team at No Mow Turf were absolutely fantastic. They were so quick to come out and get a proposal. They understood from our initial phone call what we wanted and put the proposal together without even meeting us (due to our work schedules). They patiently waited while we price shopped and then got us on the schedule quickly when we were ready to proceed.Our project took a lot of work--it included pulling up landscaping, demoing concrete stepping pads, leveling out a 700 square foot area that was in terrible shape, and prepping it for the turf. The crew moved quickly and methodically, but didn't cut any corners. Although they hoped to finish in one day, they knew they wouldn't get it done perfectly so they took two days. We were blown away by the quality of the job, including turf installed with precision even behind our two AC units. When the job was done, they cleaned up impeccably and you'd never know there had been a 5 foot high pile of road base in our front yard the day before.I can't recommend No Mow Turf highly enough. Everything about this project was top quality, and the price was unbeatable.

Had NoMow install a lot of turf and a putting green in my backyard. After a few months weeds started to grow up through the turf. I tried emailing, calling, texting and got so many different stories. I was told that they didnt put down weed barrier because a future owner might get a dog. Why does that matter? I was told weeds were growing on top. They werent and I showed the dirt at the bottom of the roots. Then I was told that all I needed to do was spray weed killer. Now I am spraying every 3 months for the last 2 years. Dont use this company as they dont stand by their product or installation and your low maintenance yard will be anything but. On top of that, the owner sent me many angry texts telling me I was a bad person for writing reviews after giving so much time to fix the issues.

Hey Michael, just saw that you had given us one star rating on yelp. That is unfortunate, especially when most of what you wrote was not true. I’m going to comment publicly to defend our reputation, but I think it’s sad that you would do this another year later, incidentally, after another rainy season, and disparage our reputation.
FACT: It is not uncommon for weeds to propagate from the top, like they do sometimes in concrete seems, corners, etc. especially after a rainy season, which I believe happened last time as well.
FACT: I did not say that you would spray weed killer once and you’re done for years to come. That is not true and is an out and out lie.
I will provide this feedback via Yelp and Google for all to see. Just as you say buyer beware I will say to all contractors to beware of you. Again, this is unfortunate. This is not how people handle things but such is the case in the age of keyboard warriors!
Giving a one star rating for a job that was done years ago that was put in perfectly is more a reflection on you than it is on our company.
I hope you have a good life and I hope you are more gracious to people than you have been to us.
