- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more you train with me, the more $$$ you save. Also, for nutrition, I have ready made templates for you to use, but I also can design a completely customized nutrition/ meal plan to you based on your current goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will sit down and go over your specific goals, and then I will come up with a game plan to get you on track to reach them. This will include a custom nutrition app as well as a workout regimen specific for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Crossfit l1 certified, strength and conditioning , youth fitness, and nutritionist. Strength and conditioning coach for high school athletes.
