- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common are the basic residential home purchases. Providing the buyer a full description and evaluation of what they are about to get into, and possibly saving them a lot of money down the road!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask a lot of questions and see what they know about inspections. Do not be shy, find out how long they have been around this type of work, see if they have home remodeling experience or home building, contracting, etc...then you know if they are looking for the right things, such as mold, dangerous electrical, faulty heating, etc.
