Zachary catered my wedding and a separate family function. For my wedding I wanted a taco bar with various options to suit different dietary needs. He was able to provide carnitas, chicken tinga, and a vegetarian option of eggplant (with other Mexican fixings- I forget which). Safe to say all the food was amazing and I was able to feed about 110 people with delicious options that fit into my budget. I hired separate servers and he was able to coordinate with them and serve my guests.
I used Zachary’s service again for a family function. He was able to do a smaller gathering of about 25-30 people. We had tri-tip and chorizo sausages which he turned into amazing sandwiches. His chimichuri is unique in flavor and addicting as I put it all over my plate and went back for seconds.
