Andy arrived with his assistant, surveyed the situation, explained it to me and quickly cleaned out the dryer vent. He also had some time to replace two air filters. We also talked about replacing multiple fluorescent light bulbs in the kitchen ceiling which we will be scheduling in the future. He was patient and knowledgeable.
