Professional, experienced, and very competent. What you expect, what you need, and what you deserve for your wedding or event. In our initial consultation with 3 Little Birds Event Planning we described what we were thinking and our budget, and not to mention our compressed timeline. 3 Little Birds Event Planning was upfront about the challenges of the timeline, but expressed confidence that it could be done. Venue and vendor options were presented to meet our budget as well as options and ideas that were outside our budget should we want to incorporate additional things. Planning any project and event takes a very organized, detail oriented, experienced and well connected planner/company. But when it comes to a wedding, you only have one chance, there are no do overs, and you need someone who will make everything happen. Jessica Smith (3 Little Birds Event Planning) is all of the above and more. They can handle all of the business aspects (contracts, vendors, schedules, timelines, permits, etch, etc), but she also has an artistic eye and design style that provided such amazing ideas and direction to enhance and implement our theme. Trust me the small details that you may not think about make a HUGE difference. With my work schedule so hectic it was impossible for me get decorations or run around doing errands. Having a full service planner was not only helpful it was necessary. The money I would have lost from missed work, by far covered the difference between a day of event planner and full service planner. My recommendation is to go with the full service planner... it gives you the opportunity to have your event and vision grow organically as you meet and continually consult with your planner... not to mention the time and headaches your save yourself, trust me you will thank yourself for it. 3 Little Birds Event Planning is established and has many vendor connections (Florists, DJ, Photographers, Catering, Venues, Decorations, etc., etc.). What I really like is the fact that 3 Little Birds/Jessica Smith doesn’t force or pressure you to use her vendors. We vetted her vendors and chose to go with some of them, and some we didn't. All the vendors she recommended are professional and established and we were very pleased with the vendors she recommended. The vendors we didn’t use were not because of anything deficient, but rather because we had existing industry contacts and already knew great photographers and videographers. 3 Little Birds worked with the vendors they provided as well as the one we selected independently and brought everything together seamlessly. On the big day, things could not have gone any smoother. I was impressed, as were all of the guests. I was able to be present in the moment and truly enjoy our special day. All I can say is thank you, it was a true storybook/fairytale wedding.

I decided to look for a caterer for my Mom's celebration of life and my internet search lead me to Thumbtack. After inputting my needs I quickly received a response back from Tonya at Sierra Madre Catering with a detailed quote and attached menu. When I called to speak with Tonya I immediately got a good vibe from her voice. She seemed excited and eager to help plan our event and made me feel comfortable that everything would be taken care of. I am so thankful I decided to use Sierra Madre for my event. We ordered appetizers and desserts and they arrived and set everything up, brought their own trash cans and kept the tables clean as people were done eating. The staff was professional and nice and their food was DELICIOUS! Many of our guests gave feedback that the food was great and they even ran out of business cards because a lot of people were interested in having their info. At such a difficult time with the passing of a loved one, these details are important but not ones you want to worry about yourselves and Tonya and Sierra Madre staff took that burden off my shoulders and I am so thankful for that. I will recommend them to anyone in need of a caterer for any event and if I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would!! Thank you Tonya and Sierra Madre Catering!!

Michelle was AMAZING and so easy to work with. She communicated with us throughout our entire event planning process. She was beyond patient, and really came through the day of when our caterer and food truck had forgotten some key items - and she drove out to pick them up! We couldn't have asked for a better event coordinator and highly recommend!

This was the first time I worked Mari at 8 D.A.Y.S EVENTS and I noticed that she was very professional, thorough, and on top of every detail. She coordinated everything in terms of production - lighting, sound, DJ, and catering for the party. The presentation of the food was phenomenal and tasty. I was HIGHLY impressed with the additional furniture and lighting she brought in that turned the house into an upscale hot spot! Her level of expertise in planning the whole event was phenomenal. I feel she went above and beyond her inner call of event planning!

E&M Designs run an event planning service and I hired them to provide the flowers and cake at my wedding. Working with them was very easy, they were available via text, phone and email and responses were prompt. I chose them because I was on a very tight budget and they gave me a significantly lower quote than any other vendors I contacted - for the level of service they provide I thought the price exceptionally reasonable! The flowers were delivered in great condition and looked exactly as discussed; however the highlight was the cake. Eimee made me a 3 tier lemon wedding cake that was both beautiful and delicious! All of my guests said it was the best cake they've ever had - moist, delicious, and with amazing frosting!

Jessell and her assistant are the absolute DREAM TEAM! If you want a worry-free event, I would highly recommend their services without any hesitation. I recently had and an out-of-state wedding that Perfectly Event Planning coordinated for me. They took care of every detail beyond my expectations and thought of things to pre-plan or organize that I never ever would have thought of that made even the smallest detail of my big day come off without a hitch! Not only are they organized and extremely detailed oriented, they are very gracious in taking requests I hoped for and they made great suggestions based on their experiences. They were an overall pleasure to be with on my special day too! Guests even commented on how well they worked together and made the evening flow perfectly. You will not be disappointed!

Sanaz is a ROCK :) I spent almost one year of wedding planning with Events By Sanaz. So now that the wedding has passed, I miss them! Working with Sanaz & Nancy was intense, but in a good way. From the beginning she made sure to cover every single thing she could think of. We had a total of about 3 meetings in person with her. They were quite long and tiring, but every bit of it was important. For the day-of coordinating, that's the part I was most impressed with. Not only did we spend nearly a year of planning the day out, but she brought it all to life on our wedding day.

Iris did so much for us to make this our best holiday event to date. It was a breeze on my part, she did all of the planning, finding the DJ and venue. We worked together on menu items, and were able to taste test in advance. The salmon was amazing, as was the tri-tip. Iris is also a truly sweet person, and I enjoyed planning this event with her very much. She was very accommodating, and delivered as promised. Thank you! I hired Parveen to decorate my wedding venue for our December 2 wedding. Right off the bat I knew she'd have her work cut out for her due to the time constraints (the venue had an event beforehand and she would only have a 3 hour window) and my extremely limited decoration budget, which meant a lot of DIY and Dollar Tree décor. To say she exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. She set up the venue beautifully and was still there when we arrived to make sure the reception began and flowed smoothly, even though that was not something I asked her to do. She made sure my husband and I ate and always had a drink waiting for us. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for extra coordinator help with a limited budget. She was awesome, hands down.

Wow! I had a tall order: plan and execute a corporate team building event in three days. Rachel made it happen, and made it successful and fun. From the get go, Rachel's positivity and creativity set the tone for success. She came in saying "We can...and here's how...and here's what will make it better." She was professional and flexible. She listened well and brought in ideas based on what we really wanted. Day of the event, everything was smooth. All the things that needed to happen just happened. Grace Celebrations has now assisted me with quite a few events and they have far exceeded my expectations. There is so much dedication and care that goes into planning the event and making sure it is carried though with every detail perfected. They have all been work events that my employees have been amazed. The Halloween party was creative with the pumpkin carving contest among the various departments and then the DJ playing music for the holiday such as monster mash and thriller. We then had a holiday party at the bowling alley and this also included dancing as well as bowling. It was a nice friendly competition. We had a New Years Party in the warehouse which did not even feel like a work environment. The atmosphere was careful and very artistically done with linen table cloths and fancy centerpieces. We rolled the utensils in a cloth napkin and very elegant. I would definitely recommend Grace Celebrations for any event whether it was a work environment or personal.

    I was referred to Megumi by a friend whose best friend had used Megumi as her coordinator. My first meeting with Megumi went very well! She was early to our meeting, very enthusiastic, friendly, and easy to talk to. She seemed very organized, which is important! I felt a huge wave of relief after our meeting, like I didn't have to worry about my wedding day anymore. I hired her as a day-of coordinator, since by that time, I had already found all my vendors and figured out all the contracts and pricing. She was always easily accessible via e-mail, text, and phone call. My wedding day was pretty much perfect...all of our guests had a great time, I didn't worry about a single thing, and I actually got to enjoy that special day and not feel flustered and rushed!
