Jonathan is completely present, completely encouraging, and pushes me to do my best. He doesn't have that over-the-top annoying trainer vibe, either; he's just solid and awesome. His gym is great: the equipment is clean and in perfect condition, and the people that show up are all serious about improving their health and fitness and hitting their goals. Hire this guy.
Jake helped me with training advice and nutrition advice when he used to live in the UK, before he moved to LA. His information has really helped me, both in terms of improving health and fitness levels. He is incredibly motivating and inspiring - and he was so keen to help me as an individual and find out what would work best for me. I didn't like 'traditional' exercise, like endless runs or boring gym machines - but Jake could find ways to mix it up, keep it fresh and interesting, and I even managed to have fun along the way! I would definitely recommend Jake as a personal trainer to help you achieve your individual health and fitness goals.
I was introduced to Coach Hunter when my son was in the 8th grade. I was told that he was one of the best 1-on-1 coaches in the San Gabriel Valley. When we met Coach Hunter, my son had been a long time offensive lineman who had suddenly grew in height and lost a considerable amount of weight. As a result, my son was no going to be considered for the offensive line in high school. I asked Coach Hunter if he could convert my son into a wide receiver since he had decent hands and was 5' 11" in the 8th grade. To which he agreed to help Coach Hunter's rigorous workouts, his attention to detail and his customized training had an immediate impact on my son's performance. Within a short period of time, my son was not only competing as a wide receiver, he became a starting wide receiver at his high school. Due to the tremendous amount of success that we experienced so quickly, I promised Coach Eric that he would remain my son's personal trainer throughout high school. This year, my son achieved what only 2% of all high school football players achieve. My son received a full scholarship to play football for a Division 1 school as a wide receiver. For a kid who only has played wide receiver for four years, the odds of achieving such a feat is tremendous. We owe all of it to the work of Coach Hunter. Coach Hunter is a man dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of football. He has expert knowledge on both sides of the ball and has been a great mentor to my son, on and off of the field. Not to mention his rates are extremely reasonable and well worth it. I highly recommend Coach Hunter for any parent who is looking to have their child compete at the high school and college levels.
I’ve been with Kim since January 2017. I’ve seen the biggest transformation in my health and fitness since working with her. She has the right balance of toughness and pushing you to your limit while also being kind and encouraging. Whether it’s working out or meal plans, she has the know how. And, of course, she makes it all fun! 5 stars across the board!
Gil was an incredibly effective and motivating trainer. With his extensive educational background and understanding of balancing the weights, with diet, and cardio - I find training with Gil to already have significant effects not only on my body but also my overall health. I also appreciate the constant communication even when I'm not around and traveling, making sure to keep me on track and keep my diet in line with the overall goals of my training. he's a great guy and couldn't recommend him more to anyone out there that wants to get into great shape, better shape, or really just kickstart a healthier lifestyle.

Lucia is a great personal trainer. I work with her 1:1 and in group training workouts. She takes her time to understand your fitness level and tailors her workouts around that to give you immediate results. I started with minimal knowledge/experience and my form wasnt the greatest and with her help that has changed a lot. She is very knowledgeable, a great coach, motivator, and has helped me reach fitness goals.
Kaitlyn changed my life. She is the most kind, empathetic and commited trainer and health coach I've ever worked with. She isn't about "pushing you"- she is about elevating you to your potential. It's incredible the difference an approach like this can make. My results speak for themselves but more than that, my attitude toward fitness, my body and what I'm capable of achieving have all changed thanks to Kaitlyn. We primarily focused on Pilates and interval training, and everything was customized to my needs- including the nutrition advice (I'm vegetarian) that helped me get where I needed to be. i have been working with Rose for close to year. when i submitted my quote request, she was the only individual of the 5 responders that actually took the time to read the request and respond specifically. all of the others submitted automatic responses. i have fibromyalgia and, 3 months after i began working with Rose, was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer. the fibro is a nightmare & the bc surgery & treatment has made it 10 times worse. if not for Rose's work, i truly believe i would have lost my livelihood and gone underwater in my life. she has not only strengthened my body, but is well-versed in nutrition and has guided me towards major changes in my diet that enable me to cope with my illnesses. friends, she saved my life. if you're seeking a non-self-absorbed personal trainer who knows her stuff and is deeply serious about health, she's the one for you.
In June of 2014, I was approaching age 50 and I weighted 230lbs. I was constantly being pressured by three close friends to try crossfit. My friends literally dragged me to CPP one day and I've been doing crossfit WOD's ever since that particular day. In four months, I lost 25 pounds and added 5 pounds of muscle. I'm currently weighting 210lbs. Crossfit has been a life changing experience and I'm extremely grateful to my friends for helping get in shape. There's also a very good group of coaches & members who constantly motivate you to complete the WOD's. Much thanks again to everyone at CPP!

My workout with Thu was amazing. She brings alot of energy to her workouts and really prioritize your goals. Each workout I have completed with Thu have left me wanting more. Ron is a tremendous trainer. I was lucky enough to happen upon him while he worked at a gym I frequent. Every trainer is different. And while most focus on solely building muscle in their own ways, Ron's focus for me was the entire body. And it was a regimen I haven't found with any other trainer. My goals are to lose fat, build core strength and overall health. I would work out with Ron 2-3 times a week in addition to working out on my own (which is mostly weight training and some cardio). Ron's approach pushed my cardio while also strengthening my core muscles. They were always great and pushed my limits, something I really like. I saw great results as well. While everyone knows if you want to lose fat, it's a combination of diet and exercise. Ron helped me with both. My diet was already pretty good, but he helped me improve it. If you're seeking someone who will push you and your workouts, Ron has my highest recommendation.
I love this center ; clean and friendly environment. Nataly knows how to motivate me, she makes each training session challenging but rewarding. I definitely recommend this gym and Nataly as personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.
I was always under the impression that I was strong enough to handle my own business - that I didn't need any help from anyone. Until the day came where I found myself over my head and drowning and totally without a rudder in the midst of a stormy sea. At a friend's urging, I promised I would give life coaching a try. I had nothing to lose. I shopped around a bit by reading various coach's websites and found Pedro's words inviting and warm and without a lot of the wishy-washy B.S. that really turns me off. I called him one night when I was at my lowest and at the end of my rope, not really expecting anything to change but more to fulfill the promise I had made to my friend so that I could look them in the eye and say that I had at least tried. Wasn't I in for a shock? Pedro peeled me like an onion in 20 minutes. We blew right by all the things I thought were holding me back and got right down to the real nitty-gritty of what my real issues were. They were right in front of my face but I did not have the balls to see them and acknowledge them and step into my own power. That night began a sudden and crucial shift in my thinking and has led me away from darkness and toward a path of light. He taught me a phrase that I will cherish forever. I have used it many, many times since then and it has helped me overcome the most difficult time in my life and accept that I am worthy of the good things that are happening in my life right now. Pedro is the best. I wish he could see the smile on my face.
Going into a plan with my health, and fitness goals was extremely overwhelming. I was slightly overweight, feeling depressed and had no idea where to start. I started talking with Elbert from Atlas Sports Medicine about my goals, and concerns. He was incredible to work with, and provided me with such valuable information with nutrition, and a workout plan to fit within my goals. Getting started was my biggest challenge, don't put off like I did. I can't say enough about this company, and my biggest of gratitude to Elbert!
Jesi is an awesome trainer. She always put my safety first. She made sure my technique was there to keep me injury free. In turn by moving correctly I saw great results and felt amazing. She kept workouts new and exciting. She not only teaches you about fitness but about health as a life style. She provided lots of guidance with my nutrition which made a huge difference.
