FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have various pricing fees. I give discounted packages depending upon what type of service you are looking for. I also give special discounts to first-time clients as well as clients who continue to use my service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial meeting with my client is a one on one personal meeting. The purpose of this meeting is so that the client can get to know me and I can understand and determine the client's goal. At the initial meeting, I will also get a baseline medical history, some baseline physical data (height, weight, blood pressure, etc.) and what specific issue the client may be having and determine what her/his health goals are. I work closely with my clients in creating a personal customized program in order to optimize their health and attain her/his health goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) from the University of Southern California in 1981. I was the Area Pharmacy Director for Kaiser Permanente in Kern County and worked for this company for 34 years. While working at Kaiser, I oversaw the pharmacy's distribution and pharmacy's clinical service. I worked closely with physicians, nurses, administrators, and other health care professionals to assure our patients had the highest level of patient care. In July of 2017, I became a certified personal trainer. Also, in January of 2018, I earned my Advanced Pharmacy Practice certificate in chronic disease management( diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and depression) from the University of Southern California.
