I just moved to Rosamond needed someone to desperately fix our yard right away because there was so much dead brush and weeds front/backyard side of the fence and Patrick knew the urgency of me needing this yard done asap came out the next day gave me a estimate. He did not wind up doing my yard the owner of house decided to go with some else he knew that was cheaper. which the guy he hired was a big mistake so sometimes cheaper doesn't mean better but if it was up to me at that time we would have hired patrick! The only thing that did bother me is I kept Patrick up to date with everything going on with the yard and told him how the gardener was not working out and we were going to now need to hire someone else to do the work to have the yard done correctly and Patrick the whole time was telling me he could and would do it even texting me to find out what was going on then when i text him and told him we wanted to hire him he said ok then later that afternoon sends me a message his assistant told him that he's now booked for the rest of the month which i know was not true and all the times i had spoke with him he knew his schedule he did not have a assistant scheduling him i know that now he just did not want to do the job after i showed him pictures and said what needed to be done which was all the hard stuff left on the yard all easy stuff had been done which then makes me feel that if your not willing to do the hard work now and your given the chance how do i know that if i paid a lot more money then everyone else quoted me that the hard stuff would have truly gotten done and not left like this gardener left it that's the only concern i have now. He is a nice man a little more expensive then others and not sure how his quality of work is so i have mixed feelings about my review for him. One last thing he wanted me to give him a review saying he did a good job on my yard so i'm not sure what reviews have had work done or like me was asked to give a review of work i was first asked give review that he came right away for estimate which i said i would without any problem and then he asked to say he did a good job on my yard since he would be doing it so then i gave him a little extra better review thinking we were going to be hiring and having him do the work which did not happen.
