...But, if I never ran into this guy, I'd have at least a dozen unfinished projects, and a lot of extra bills.
I met Taylor in line at Home Depot. I was buying some hardware and some paint. I noticed his cart was stacked with fencing material and being I'm virtually worthless with even basic construction and needing a new fence myself, I asked him what he was working on. We ended up talking for almost 30 min outside and he helped me load my paint into the car. He asked a lot of questions and even had examples of fencing he installed on his phone. I was buying the paint and hardware to repaint and fix my shed door. I couldn't mess THAT up right? Wrong, he offhandedly mentioned that I had purchased an interior paint that would discolor and fade quickly on a shed. Anyway, I had numerous projects that needed to be done. I ended up having Taylor put in an entire new shed, repair my back fence, build me some custom gates, and a many other tasks. I regularly call him with questions and he almost always has an answer. He's a very well-spoken, knowledgeable, and friendly guy. For my wife and I, he's sort of become a regular around the house, we've had him coming over for more than a year. Our four year old son gets so excited when he comes because he always gets to watch. Goodbye Garbage man, Hello Handy man!
Thank you Taylor! Hope this helps you.
