FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do but sometimes that doesn't always work as I've found that every job is different, some people want a Rolls Royce job with perfect trim and I can provide that but other people just want their rooms all one color including the trim, so I usually charge less for that, depending on the size of the rooms, but I think like my client Suzanne said I am easy to work with and I am always ready to negotiate a good price for quality work so that both the client and I are happy with the results.?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most times I will first speak with the client on the phone and find out what they need to have done or looked at. Then I will usually see if I can get a better idea of the work that needs to be done by organizing to look at it personally as long as the client requires or desires that. I sometimes will agree to an estimate over the phone as long as I have accurate information, bit it is always better to see it in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I was educated in Ireland in a private catholic school, but most of my training is based on 16years of brick and mortar ( On the job experience) I worked for Seaworld San Diego for 4 Years Full-time so I've seen just about everything and so no job scares me. I approach every project with a can do attitude which helps more often than not as well as my years of experience as a professional painter.
