David T. says, "Consulted with over 12 construction companies, and chose to go with Rose Remodeling & Design for our bathroom remodel because they were mid-range in price quote, and overall gave the best “first impression” during initial consultations. I just felt a good vibe from Adir from the very beginning - felt like he thoroughly addressed all my questions/concerns in a genuine non-pushy manner unlike many others who were clearly just sales people. We’ve had poor previous experiences with contractors, hence having to redo our bathroom after only 13 yrs due to an active leak in our shower. I was apprehensive initially due to the newness of the company (8 months), but from beginning to end Adir proved that his company is definitely 5 stars! (Company is new but they are licensed and all very experienced/have been doing construction for years). He was always very responsive and was in constant communication with me throughout the entire project. He gave superb design advice while being respectful of our own preferences/budget. His crew was AMAZING - they worked hard from sun up to sun down always with smiles on their faces. They were friendly, polite and most importantly highly skilled in their craft. Ignacio was very knowledgeable explaining issues uncovered during the project and what needed to be done to fix it. (There was rotted wood from our shower leak, plumbing issues, etc. - they fixed and replaced a lot with no additional cost!). Max’s tile work was perfection! Together they are a dream team! At the conclusion of the project, Adir brought in professional cleaners to ensure the home was spotless because I expressed concern over the dust (even though they did cover with plastic) since I have 2 small children. He really listens to his clients and provides individualized customer service. They completed the project in a timely manner with minimal disruptions to our daily lives. L. B. says, "My home was in serious need of remodeling and I had no idea where to turn. I started out with a popular, franchised home improvement retail corporation. They wasted two months of my time. They do not work with local contractors, which I wanted, and it seems like every time I asked a question or questioned anything, it’d cost me more and more money. Plus, I was constantly hearing, “No! We cannot do that!” Nothing ever even got started, as the Sacramento group they were going through, was not only extremely expensive, but extremely way behind. It would have been months before they would even be able to get started! Then I heard about ‘A Hole in One Group’! They came in like gang busters! Sandra Steffens, the Project Manager, got onto things immediately. She arranged for all her crew to meet at my house and go over everything with me. And I was never told “NO!” There was one situation where it looked a little impossible, but one of her crew came up with a solution, and I got exactly what I wanted. When there were times that I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted, Sandra, or one of her crew would come up with a suggestion and I ended up not only sincerely appreciating their suggestions, but loved all their suggestions. Their experience and expertise made, what could have been a nightmare, a wonderful experience. My home went from a blah, stuck in the 70’s eye sore, to a beautiful, modern home that I love beyond measure. They gave me a beautiful, brand new kitchen, two beautiful modern bathrooms, and new flooring and base boards throughout the entire house! And a beautiful new fireplace! If and when I need anymore work done in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon Sandra and The Hole in One Group again. I strongly encourage you to call them! You will not be disappointed! Claire H. says, "TLDR: Accurate Home Remodeling is a responsive, customer focused team. Their work is high quality whilst remaining at an accessible cost. Miles will listen to you, have some great suggestions, communicate with you at all stages of work and finish your project completely in a timely manner. Fast, responsive communication. Clean, accurate work. Works proactively with your city around permitting issues. DETAILS: We had a whole house remodel and also exterior back garden (yard) remodel. We had two teams on site most days (landscapers and interior remodel). Our project work time was about 3 months, with a couple of additional weeks due to delays caused by heavy rain (exterior work) and finding termites when we lifted our floors. The team took this in their stride and worked with us to keep on track. Overall our home has been transformed and we’ve now been living here for almost 4 months and have no problems to report. Everyone who has visited thinks it’s lovely, and so do we! Miles is the general contractor/owner and he moves a million miles an hour if you let him. This was great for us as we were keen to complete our work quickly. He uses an app to communicate so everything is documented, easy to track and he is on there all day every day, so any questions get answered straight away. He is also pro-active and pretty much on site every day to check in with his crews. He is exacting in his standards which ensures a great end result. We had a bit of project creep which was down to us. Originally we were only going to remodel one bathroom but added on our principal bath too, which was a great call, if you see the photos or videos you’ll see the house looks complete now. HOUSE: We had a new roof, new floors, new windows, added skylights and a bay window, reconfigured the kitchen totally (which was Miles’ vision and we love it now - much more functional than before the remodel). Both bathrooms remodeled, whilst managing to keep our original bathtub. All the work is to a high standard especially the tiling in the bathrooms which looks amazing. GARDEN: Replacement of failing retaining walls (enormous project), addition of decking, stucco clad planting beds, two pergolas, and a recirculating ‘stream’. Also new irrigation piping added. The team would have planted for me too, but I wanted to do that myself. This work was to a high standard. It really looks amazing. EXTRAS: We had a Modern Shed added to the backyard but that contractor let us down badly so Miles and his team worked a weekend and some extra days to finish the interior (drywall, electrical) and paint it for us. Over and above, and much appreciated. SUMMARY: We would use Accurate Home Remodeling again, and have been happy to recommend their work to a neighbor. I think this is the true test of workmanship - would you do further projects together? The answer in this case is yes.
