I recently used HK Home Staging services on a listing. The home had 86 showings in the first three days of listing, 5 offers within the first 6 days and accepted an offer $62k over asking on day 7. We could not have done it without the beautiful staging, unique furniture, attention to detail and a warm and inviting overall vibe Hina gave to this house.
