- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try our best to ensure our pricing is fair for our customers. We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business and trust. We will go above and beyond to exceed your expectations. That is a guarantee!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the inquiry, pricing, time, and removal site is agreed upon & confirmed. We will reach out via text, or phone call (whatever you prefer) to let you know we are 20-30 minutes out from arrival, as well as an arrival message. After completing we ensure our customer is completely happy, and thank them with a message after we have left.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hauled junk for storage units for the past year and a half. We have a wealth of knowledge with proper disposable, recycling, and dumping practices. Your junk is in great hands.
