I really liked how responsive Marquis was in quickly visiting my house to look over the gate to repair but also in that he offered to start work immediately after the visit and took only about two hours all told to get the work done. The gate is repaired far sooner than I was expecting and it is good for my peace of mind from a security and dog safety standpoint. The repair still holds up and is even easier to use than the old latching mechanism while also considerably sturdier.
