- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rates are INITIALLY quoted based upon the square footage of your commercial or residential property, itemized cleaning service needs, frequency of visits and the initial condition. First-time new clients receive a 10% discount and additional "deep" discounts apply for Annual Agreements and Referrals.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Have always had a "knack" for cleaning and maintaining a spruced up atmosphere. Therefore when the opportunity presented itself it was a natural fit and strong desire to build a family legacy of hard work and integrity.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Communicate the accurate facility size (sq. footage) and your needs clearly, in order that we may provide the best quote possible.
