Sharif was hands down a problem solver. He was and very knowledgeable.
Sharif was able to solve the computer issue I was experiencing on my 1 year old HP computer.
This after I spent 8 hours on the phone working with both a HP tech and a Microsoft tech to no resolve.
Sharif was personable, patient and a pleasure to work with.
