- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most services are at a fixed rate. No hidden fees. Customers have the option to provide necessary materials and parts or I can provide them at additional cost to pricing of the job. I like my pricing to be transparent with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure I explain to the new customer the entire process of the job from start to finish. My goal is providing the best customer service to the customer and make them feel confident they have the best tech for the job. At the end of the job I always make sure they understand what has been done and answer all questions/concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have (2) degrees in Electrical and Electronic Technologies. I have many certificates including mechatronics, networking and telecommunications. I have worked with many tech companies that have provided me training in array of areas in technology.
