It's a time to celebrate your love and create unforgettable memories with your friends and loved ones. I offer wedding planning services so that you can place your focus on what matters most: each other. Unlike a full-service wedding planner, a coordinator is for brides and grooms who want to do most of the planning themselves, but when their wedding day arrives, they need a professional to execute all of their hard work. I also love assisting with planning, you would be surprised by all of the final details often forgotten about in the fun of wedding planning. I'm there to help you cross all of your T's and dot all of your I's a few months before the big day. A coordinator gives you just the right final touch. I'm often asked exactly what I do as a wedding coordinator, my answer - anything and everything you need! I'm there to keep the wedding on schedule, ensure proper set up and tear down, organization of the bridal party, family, and guests, aisle ques, last minute preparation, responsibilities for vendors, I'm insurance in case anything goes "not-so-according-to-plan", even sewing buttons back on wedding gowns that pop off right before the ceremony. I'm there for my expertise in event coordinating and for your security and comfort so you don't have a single worry on your special day. Too often, brides rely on family and friends to help carry out plans on the day of their wedding. By asking a friend or family member to take on this stressful task, that person will not be able to enjoy the event as a guest, and will end up feeling like “event staff.” In most cases, your “volunteers” have little experience in the role of event planner. They often end up feeling overwhelmed as they try to keep on top of everything that must be done to ensure that the day runs smoothly. Venue Coordinators are very helpful and often necessary, but at the end of the day they are there for the protection of the venue, not for the security of the new happy couple. I love working along side venue coordinators to ensure that everything runs smoothly and your vision for your special day is realized. I feel so honored being a part of one of the most important days in someone's life. One of my biggest regrets was not having a wedding coordinator at my own wedding. I love being a couple's go-to person for all of their wedding day needs so they can truly enjoy every moment.

Hayley was the perfect wedding coordinator!! No matter how organized you may be, there are always hiccups, things you forgot and last minute stressors. My daughter’s wedding seemed to experience it all, and Hayley was fabulous! She was professional, organized, took charge without stepping on snyone’s toes and was just a very calming person in the craziness of the day. My daughter had her plans all made, but when things needed to be changed or tweaked a bit, Hayley was on it! Her ideas and suggestions were so much better in the end and we could not have made it through this very special day without Hayley!!! She was such a blessing on a very special day!!

Haley is not only incredibly professional, but incredibly charismatic and fun along the way. She made our wedding day an absolute breeze! My dad always said that I wouldn't remember most of my wedding because it would be so hectic running around the whole day, but Haley made it so we could just be completely present with those we loved the most. 10/10 would hire again (but Im planning on never having to ;) haha). She is amazing and I know anyone else who hires her for their coordinator will feel the same.

I found Haley through Thumbtack, and If I had to do my wedding all over, I would definitely use Haley again, no questions asked. We had a very DIY (but still higher end) wedding in which I did all the florals, centerpieces, etc myself. Did I mention 2 giant flower walls as well?? Haley was able to remember all the directions on what to set up where on the day of and without me having to repeat it or remind her. For the stuff I didn't tell her about (or just plain forgot), she was able to come up with a solution to make everything work out so smoothly and just flow. She was super supportive and just let me do stuff at my pace, while making sure I knew what needed to be done (we discussed at the beginning - I would need someone to prod me along the way). She's sharp, intuitive and creative, which made her an excellent wedding planner. Thank you Haley so much, for making our day so smooth and seamless! If you ever need a recommendation, I'm your girl!

Haley DeCrausaz is an absolute A+ wedding coordinator! My husband and I could not have been more impressed with her level of organization, preparedness, and on-the-fly assistance. More than once she truly saved the day by going above and beyond to put out last-minute "fires" without so much as a word from us. Everything ran so smoothly due to her attention to detail and care.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Typically, I charge $600-$900 for Wedding Coordinating which includes planning assistance, the rehearsal, and all day-of services. My travel fee is approximately $100 for every 30 minutes of distance from the venue - this is a one time travel fee, I do not charged for every trip I make.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    A wedding is a reflection of the love that two people share so I like to get to know my couples and get a feel for who they are. My consultation is usually within 6 months of the wedding and I go over every single detail of the planning and arrangement. This usually takes 1-3 hours and I prefer to meet with both the bride and groom and anyone else who is involved in much of the planning, such as a maid of honor or family member. After the consultation I stay in contact with my couple and assist with last minute scheduling and confirmations. Then it's time for the big day! I'm there for every step, from the rehearsal to when you drive away and head off to your honeymoon.

    I've worked with many couples and all styles of weddings. From backyard renewal of vows, to rustic chic outdoor ceremonies, to large and elegant ballroom weddings. I love them all and feel confident that I'm your girl for any and every wedding style and size.
