- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, I charge $600-$900 for Wedding Coordinating which includes planning assistance, the rehearsal, and all day-of services. My travel fee is approximately $100 for every 30 minutes of distance from the venue - this is a one time travel fee, I do not charged for every trip I make.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A wedding is a reflection of the love that two people share so I like to get to know my couples and get a feel for who they are. My consultation is usually within 6 months of the wedding and I go over every single detail of the planning and arrangement. This usually takes 1-3 hours and I prefer to meet with both the bride and groom and anyone else who is involved in much of the planning, such as a maid of honor or family member. After the consultation I stay in contact with my couple and assist with last minute scheduling and confirmations. Then it's time for the big day! I'm there for every step, from the rehearsal to when you drive away and head off to your honeymoon.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with many couples and all styles of weddings. From backyard renewal of vows, to rustic chic outdoor ceremonies, to large and elegant ballroom weddings. I love them all and feel confident that I'm your girl for any and every wedding style and size.
