DES is a great personal trainer that is very charismatic and has a great positive outlook in life. He is very professional, and versatile with his training approach that understands how to tailor a workout program to fit his clients needs. He definitely does NOT have a "one-size fit all" training mentality.
DES maturity, and wisdom combined with his growing fitness expertise gives him the understanding needed to serve clients with different backgrounds, life experiences and specific needs.
In addition, DES is very encouraging, supportive and fun to be around. He definitely has a care for his clients that goes beyond just fitness. He always wants to know what else is going on in your life because he understands maintaining a healthy and balance life style is not just limited to what happens in the gym.
I am honored and pleased to have the opportunity to not only train with DES but to get to know him as a human-being as well.

Started with a goal but no plan. Des helped me with that plan to get to the end goal. He put me through some work and it was nothing to mess with. Every time i was feeling the burn I would remind myself that this is bigger than me. It’s for the future me and to show that actions are louder than Twitter fingers. If you really wanna work and see results then DESfitness is perfect for you. If you want to half ass your work then don’t even bother signing up. You have to sacrifice to get over the hump. It’s a lifestyle not a “2 week cut”. Great experience and great programs. He puts in a lot of work and effort into this. Let alone time! Which you can’t get back from being away from the family. This man has a family to care for and still puts in the works. There is no excuses in this club! Stay fit.

Hands down one of the best trainers/coach I’ve ever worked with. I’ve worked with others, but results were slow and with all that I was doing with them, I expected a little more. I’ve only been training with DES for a little over a month, but the results that I’m getting in such a short period of time have highly exceeded my expectations. I’ve grown not only physically, but also mentally in the best way possible. DES makes us feel comfortable, heard, and excited to come back to continue our fitness progression each time we leave a session. I can’t say this enough, but he is honestly underrated and knows exactly what he’s doing when it comes to all of this. 10/10 would recommend to every single person who asks me.

A few months ago I started online training with DES Fitness. That was the best choice I could have made. His training sessions are intense. I have shredded 20lbs and like the way his program is tailored to my fitness goals.
I highly recommend DES Fitness!!
