My pricing is based on how many sessions you choose each week and how far I travel to your house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is about building a solid foundation and understanding in our first session. Looking to see how your body moves and respond. How are your overall ROM and mobility. We will focus on full body workouts, understanding contraction of muscle not just movement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a trainer for 18 years and ran a private studio for 13 yeas that focused on Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation.
