My coaching focuses on strength training, sustainable nutrition guidance, and accountability so progress actually sticks. Training is done in structured blocks, not single sessions, because consistency is key to results.

I came to Rachel postpartum after my second baby to work on that stubborn baby weight and let me tell you, this postpartum experience physically has been WAY better than my first. I truly believe it is because of Rachel’s guidance. No matter what physical level you’re at, she’ll work with you.
