I’ve been working with Jordan since June 2015, and honestly I feel really lucky to have found her. After the pandemic, I had put on some weight and was struggling to get back into a routine, but she met me exactly where I was at without any pressure or judgment. Within just a few months, I started feeling so much better—not just physically but overall. Even my labs and blood work had already improved, which was huge for me. Since then, I’ve kept working with her and feel stronger every day. She knows how to keep things challenging but still fun, and she definitely keeps me accountable (which I need!). She’s super motivating and just really great to work with. I 100% recommend Jordan if you’re looking for someone who’s supportive, knowledgeable, and will push you in the best way.

I have been training with Jordan since April 2024 and every second has been a genuine blessing. I have gained valuable knowledge that extends to beyond the gym. I have learned how to track my macros and I have learned so much about what to eat and what to avoid. I have never felt pressured to restrict myself or stop eating the things I love, more so just how to monitor my intake and adjust my macros accordingly. Training with Jordan has given me a confidence I have never felt before, not only because I look the way I’ve always wanted to, but because Jordan taught me how to “take up space” as she would say. She showed me what it is to peruse a goal and be proud of my accomplishments. I feel like a stronger woman, both mentally and physically.
