This is exclusive one of a kind progressive and evidence based training. We're not a big corporate gym that trains everyone the same way with cookie-cutter routines. Each program is uniquely customized for that specific client based on their wants and needs with a focus on injury prevention and long term, sustainable health and happiness. There are so many things that I enjoy but the one that tops the list is when I hear a client tell me that they've never felt as good as they do now. When you share your passion with someone and it becomes theirs, to me there is no better feeling.

Chris is a great trainer and really knows his stuff. For many people, it’s tough to take that leap and hire a personal trainer to get in shape. It’s especially tough if you haven’t done any weight training before. However, Chris will teach and work with you no matter what your abilities are. He’s funny and keeps the intensity at the right level to see results while still being able to enjoy it. After working out with Chris, I feel refreshed. I don’t feel overworked, exhausted, or too sore. I’d highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants to improve their health, body, and happiness.

When I began my search for a fitness professional I had specific criteria which I'm sure most people do. I wanted someone who could push my limits and accelerate my goals but do so safely and without coming across as pushy or arrogant. I hit the jackpot with Chris! He is extremely personable, knowlegable and results driven. Without sounding odd, I might describe him as an artist creating a sculpture. He keeps the workouts interesting and pushes me while keeping things engaging and fun. He keeps tabs on my overall health, always has a great attitude and articulates our strategy. To this point I have added lean muscle mass and lost 45lbs! I would highly recommend Chris as your personal trainer and I expect you will not be disappointed!

Chris is an excellent trainer. He customizes the training to your needs and desires. I like that he changes it up week to week rather than it being repetitive every week. Chris is knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him for your personal training needs. Susan Malecki

Chris is very professional and knowledgeable in his field. I always felt I had a good workout and learned something new at each session. he was always understanding and considerate to my hectic schedule. Unfortunately, he was not available in the wee hours for training (5:30).

Having Chris as my first trainer EVER I couldn't be more happy because he made working out something I looked forward to. He is laid back, good dancer, patient, and motivating. Although I was only able to train with him for 2 months I saw progress. I began losing some belly and back fat and I was toning my arms and I was getting a better figure. He is definitely someone who cares for his clients and knows when to push you to your limit. cant wait to get back to training with him again.
