- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are free to all new clients, call or email me today! I offer private fitness, yoga, and meditation sessions as well as nutritional guidance and stress managment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my personal training certification through the World Instructor Training School (W.I.T.S) and my Yoga RYT 200 through the Could Nine Training school. I am also CPR and First Aid certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My training philosophy is rooted in the idea that exercise is the best medicine. When we take care of our body, it takes care of the rest and with a strong support system and positive energy our possibilities are endless. My training is unique because I have experienced firsthand the transformational power of exercise. Having experienced severe anxiety most of my life, personal training and fitness in general is the last direction I expected to take. Exercise not only helped me to cope with my anxiety,but gave me a sense of accomplishment and confidence I had never thought possible. I offer personal and group training sessions with a focus on cultivating a lifestyle of health, happiness, and balance.
