Introduction: I am a certified personal trainer through the World Instructor Training School (WITS) and CYT 200 certified yoga instructor through Cloud 9 Yoga. I struggled with anxiety for most of my life, and I was directed to fitness from a therapist who told me to just put on shoes and run. That moment sparked a journey in an unexpected direction and ignited a passion for health and fitness. I discovered a deep desire to push myself to try more and to help others find a strength in themselves to better their lives and push their limits.

I have been training with Jacqueline for 4 months now, and I couldn't be happier with her services; she is a wonderful trainer! She is on time, responsive in her communication, and has a wonderfully kind, enthusiastic and positive spirit. I can tell that she is very well trained in physical fitness methods and I love that she incorporates nutrition and yoga, if you ask for it. She doesn't approach her clients with "one size fits all" training, but instead adapts to your needs. She is very encouraging, supportive and positive. I can't recommend her enough!

Jacqueline has changed what working out means to me. I used to think of it as a chore and now I find myself looking forward to working out! She motivates and encourages me in ways that makes me want to workout and actual enjoy it! She has made such a drastic difference in how I feel about fitness. She has taught me about pushing myself to be a more fit version of myself! Jacqueline has really changed my outlook on fitness and health and for that I am forever grateful!!

Jacqueline is an excellent trainer. She is friendly, personable, and cares very much about helping her clients achieve a healthy lifestyle. When looking for a trainer, I wanted to find someone who would care about helping me create a healthy fitness environment and not push me beyond my limits (I was once injured in dance after being pushed too far). Jacqueline understands that it is sometimes important to take a quick break, but also helps you push yourself as much as you can. During my training with her, I successfully toned my arms, increased my core strength, and learned to cook much healthier with her help! I would suggest Jacqueline to anyone trying to create a more heathy, balanced lifestyle for themselves. She is also an absolute joy to work with, and I found myself looking forward to our workouts every week!

Jacqueline's workouts are carefully thought out and, though challenging, they are achievable for an old dog like me. I'm hooked on our routine and it has definitely been helpful in improving my strength.

Excellent! I have been working with Jacqueline for almost a year. She is always early, professional and mixes it up so I dont get bored. I have severe lower back problems and she took time to learn about them and do research to make sure we were utilizing our sessions to the best benefit for my back. I HIGHLY recommend her!
