Sunny Daye Fitness was created to meet the needs of those who are health conscious and athletes who are looking for one-on-one attention. We create workouts that are customized and specific to the clients needs. We have a holistic approach to fitness emphasizing the practice of meditation and positive affirmations.Our programs support weight loss, weight gain, toning, firming, cardio and strength training. I was honored to be chosen as one of Press Telegrams Amazing Women for my work in Health and Wellness. With over 15 years experience in the fitness industry, I have trained for some of the biggest brands ~LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, and Gold's Gym. I have dedicated my life to independent personal training working with a variety of clients from beginners to pro athletes. As an IFBB Professional fitness competitor , I am able to provide my clients with nutritional guidance to support their training. I would love the opportunity to change your life through fitness and help you reach your personal goals. I take great joy in seeing the transformations. I am so proud of clients' amazing weight loss and strength gains. And I'm always excited about helping people set and reach goals they once thought were impossible. I'm so SO incredibly lucky I met Sunny. I use to workout at a bootcamp style gym and although I loved the staff and met great people, I didn't feel like I was getting the results or the personal attention I needed. It's easy to get lost among the rest of the athletes so, if I was in pain, it was difficult to pull the trainer aside and explain what was going. So, I called Sunny directly and explained it all and she knew EXACTLY what I was trying to convey to her. Since working with Sunny, I've gotten great results, well rounded synergistic training, and I at each training session our relationship grows as client and trainer. She's attentive to my body and the form I need for MY body. For whatever reason, I have some unique physiology and she's so highly educated and trained that the minor adjustments we make bring so much relief! Our workouts gradually get more challenging so I'm consistently utilizing different muscles and enhancing my capabilities to do things I thought I couldn't do. Like PULLUPS! It's taken some time but I can do pullups now =) No a gajillion or anything but, I'm on my way. You wont be disappointed with Mrs. Sunny Daye. She makes you feel comfortable and doesn't get 'pushy' or overly aggressive like some trainers get. You really do get what you pay for and I'm overwhelmingly pleased! I'll be with her for much time to come! M.W.

I worked with Sunny for a few months. My goals were to strengthen my knees, get into good enough shape to not be huffing and puffing on hikes, and to lose a few pounds before getting married. In just a few months I was down approximately 14 pounds, felt comfortable taking deep steps (meaning, my knees were feeling good), and I was back to leading hikes instead of bringing up the rear. The gym you'll train at isn't intimidating and neither is Sunny. A very fun personality, she doesn't motivate by screaming or yelling. Typically, I kept pushing because I didn't want to let her down. I recently stopped going to Sunny as I believe she's given me the tools I need to continue to stay in shape and improve, but it's nice knowing I can always text her in the future to set up more if I need a change in my routine. Sign up; you won't regret it - she's "awesome bossem"!

I met Sunny in 2008. That year I weighed 230 pounds at 5'8" tall. Let say that I was extremely over my BMI. I hate to use the negative context that I was fat because that word is not fair to a lot of folks out there who struggle with their weight or have a medical condition that places them in an overweight category. Sunny Daye taught me that I was not making the right choices when it came to food. Before Sunny, I did not know what a calorie was, let alone ingesting 1000 of them in one sitting was no good. Allowing Sunny in my life was a life changing experience. I lost 60 pounds with her within six months! She was positive every step of the way and is the most encouraging person I have ever met. She helped me changed my life through fitness and health. Thank you Sunny!

Sunny is super knowledgeable with a focus on total body fitness/wellness. She has a positive energy that is simply contagious...one can't help but be motivated by her. I'm looking forward to working closely with her to supplement my aerobic exercise program with a strength program and holistic view of fitness.

I have been seeing Sunny for a few months now and I absolutely love her. Before I met Sunny I was going to the gym on my own and wasn't seeing results like I wanted. I needed a extra push and that's what she is giving me. She truly cares about her clients and always pushes me to not give up. She always keeps her workouts new and exciting. I always feel like I accomplish something every time I leave and get stronger with each workout. Sunny is by far the BEST trainer I have had. Anyone looking for training will NOT be disappointed with her as your trainer.
