My sessions range from $30-$50. Depending on the frequency of training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon our an initial meeting and discussion of goals, past or current physical concerns, I conduct a fitness assessment. We check endurance, flexibility and strength. I'll take body fat measurements and weight if applicable. I assess what will work best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 yrs of experience as a trainer in functional training, weight loss and strength training. Several years as top trainer at LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness as well as fitness boot camps. I am an IFBB Professional athlete & hold NASM, ASFA and CPR national certifications. As a culinary graduate, I offer healthy eating & meal planning.
