He responded right away, came out within an hour even though it was his day off, cleaned the filter, fixed the chemicals in the pool, and adjusted my filter settings. The next morning, the pool was sparkling and the pool party was saved! Darnell texted me to make sure everything was good, and came back out the next day to adjust my filter’s daily run settings. I was so happy when he said his company offers residential weekly service - I’m a new customer now! I feel really fortunate to have found a professional who is kind, knowledgeable and responsive.
