My husband and I have been working with Adam for almost 3 years now. He is an excellent personal trainer. He pushes you to improve while, at the same time, making sure to be careful with injuries or aches and pains (like bad knees). Adam is amazing. I don’t like exercise but I do like to be mobile and active. After sustaining a hip injury, I needed help to make that possible again. Adam listened attentively regarding my hip issues, and his experience with injuries really shows in his approach with me. Adam has been wonderful to work with. He engrains the fundamentals of safety and proper body movement in the early workouts of his clients, so that they can get the most out of their workouts as they move forward. He starts by taking things slowly but quickly adapts to create custom circuits that target areas specific to the client.
