FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a cash-based, concierge physical therapist providing physical therapy and other health and wellness services. Initial evaluations / assessments are $200 with all necessary follow-ups of $150. A 2.75% charge on all credit card transactions will be added to the total fee. A cancellation fee will be charged if a client fails to provide at least 24 hours notice upon appointment time. All sessions are paid for upfront. If necessary, a "superbill" / receipt can be provided for potential reimbursement by your insurance company for "out of network services", but Bodhi Physical Therapy cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed by your insurance provider.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves on being able to provide exceptional individualized care, and therefore need to make sure we have enough room to take on new clients with our existing database. A complimentary phone consultation is provided for interested clients to see if we can help you on your health needs while still honoring the time of our current clients. By being able to provide more effective care, we typically have clients get better faster and with less visits than your typical outpatient physical therapy plan of care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
