Introduction: Hello and welcome! I'm Nadja, Life and Wellness Coach and Holistic Health Teacher, E-RYT, RPYT, YACEP and Meditation Practitioner. As part of Life Coaching, I specialize in Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Gentle/Restorative, Meditation, Breathwork, Acupressure Sessions and Craniosacral therapy for stress and anxiety. Private yoga sessions include: • Well-rounded practices with a focus on strength, flexibility, functional movement and mindfulness. • Yoga poses with proper form, alignment and modifications as needed. • Breath-work and meditation techniques. • Yoga props such as blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, sandbags... • Online sessions available. What you get out of the sessions: • Develop mind-body awareness. • Reduce stress and develop techniques to manage stress levels. • Reduce aches and pains • Gain physical strength, improve functional movement, increase flexibility and improve your posture. • Learn about your body to build a safe and strong practice. Coaching Sessions include: • Unlike a therapist, a coach will not focus on your past, let me help you look toward your future to break through any barriers keeping you from a life of fulfillment you deserve. • Personal individual support whose aim is to help you determine and achieve personal goals and their life's dreams. • Let me teach you about human behavior and select from a variety of methods to help you better understand self-defeating thoughts and learned behavior patterns, and help you reach positive goals. • Help you clarify and articulate what you want most from life and how best to achieve it. More specifically, coaching would help you get past your obstacles in order to create the results you want in life, work, relationships, and spiritual growth. Coaching is like having a “personal trainer for your soul”. Coaches are not therapists, nor consultants; psychological intervention and business analysis are outside the scope of their practice. Life coaching is unique to each individual drawing upon the inspiration from such disciplines as sociology, psychology, positive adult development, career counseling, mentoring and other types of counseling. Nadja’s private yoga classes helped me to take care of my body & mind when I needed it the most. One-on-one practice with Nadja trained me to focus on staying present and attuned to my own needs despite being a woman in a demanding career in the very busy Silicon Valley. Nadja’s loving energy, kind spirit, and healing touch were exactly what my own spirit was craving. With her guidance, I learned to accept where I was in my practice without judgment and be gentle with myself both on & off the mat. Her hands-on adjustments and verbal cues were instrumental for me to develop a meditative, safe, and well-aligned practice of yoga. Nadja’s group classes are also excellent!

Nadja is a very special teacher and my go to person for Yin yoga. I have learned so much more than I imagined through the Life Seeker course --from background understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Breath Work, to movement and stretches that I can incorporate during downtime at work. You must check out her podcast Quietude and if you have the opportunity to do an in person session with her in her new space, you are in for a treat!

I love Nadja’s Yin Yoga classes - in person and now live online! Nadja does a great job of checking in and tailoring the class based on our needs. I appreciate the way she weaves in breathing and meditative components.

Nadja is a talented and best yoga teacher I’ve had. She connects with the class and delivers a well balanced session with varied Yoga moves. Her expertise is at Yin yoga, mobility, and breathing. One would always be able to feel much more relaxed after her session.
