My wife and I own and manage vacation rentals for other owners. We have been using Alexander prior to him started his own company. He is very professional and knowledgeable, he always works around our schedule with guests checking in and out of our rentals. He has even done service calls after hours and on the weekends for us in emergency situation’s. He has fixed washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, as well as, any appliance that has gone out. Alexander has been able to quickly repair appliances and has been able to save us money also. Going forward, we will continue to use Starfix for all of our appliance repair needs.

Alexander is a first-class appliance repair technician. He is personable, professional and a problem solver. The spin cycle on my Kenmore washing machine stopped functioning. I contacted him, he responded and fixed the problem. I knew Alexander was my go-to person because he repaired my mom’s oven and washer; the latter was not an easy problem to diagnose, but he did it, and the washer is functioning as it should. I will definitely be contacting him the next time an appliance needs repair. Thank you for a job well done, Alexander.

Alex was absolutely great at fixing our refrigerator. We almost lost all hope and were preparing to have to buy a new one, but Alex was so knowledgeable and persistent at finding a solution. He saved us a huge chunk of money we’re very grateful! A 100% would recommend. He’s Professional, sweet and genuinely cares about his job!
