- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first ask about the basic information of the event such as time, place, and date so I am sure that I will be able to accommodate them. If all information checks out and I fit their needs, I will inquire about specifics on the theme of the event pertaining to colors, designs, etc and I encourage pictures for examples of what they’d like to ensure any easier process. I then confirm the information of the event, theme, and the services that are requested. A 50% deposit is requested to hold the date of services and we are booked!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am obtaining a bachelor’s degree and I’ve taken multiple balloon artist classes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started within family parties and events and eventually fell in love with servicing to others so I decided to turn it in to a business.
