FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Prices vary on the type of project & Scope of work. Good Work ain't Cheap & Cheap Work aint Good. I often come across clients that chose to go cheap initially and the work wasn't done right, then I have to come in and do corrections that were unnecessary from the beginning. Which make the homeowner spend a lot more than what they should have from the beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically it begins with a walk through of the property to determine what needs to be done. Once the client picks on what needs to be done, we then write a scope of work with a payment schedule. once paperwork is signed by both parties we begin to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was involved in AGC & Union Apprentice Programs where I eventually became a Journeyman Carpenter.
