- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complicated pricing system. I don't have mark ups on products that I source for you... I'm a straight shooter - my time and design brand in exchange for the dollar. I offer: Hour rate packages Flat rate packages
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to meet with them either by phone or an in person meeting to get to know them, their personality and discuss in great detail their goals and objectives for their project. Next step of the process is to share my fee structures and coordinate a plan that best suites their needs. Final step is the design phase where I walk the client through step by step to a completed project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to CSLB, through their Interior Architecture program and rely on my assistants and field contractors / vendors that I work with to keep me updated on the latest products and materials. As a design director / producer, I rely on all of my sub-contractor and vendors to be updated and expert in their fields on all the latest and greatest gadgets...etc.
