Lisa redid my master bathroom a few years ago. We had to completely tear down the shower and replace it with a steam shower. She did a terrific job and I've never had any problems with the shower since her work on it. I look forward to use her interior design services in the future.Oct 26, 2014
Lisa had very good vision of my original design and worked with me to "clean it up" and make it functional. She spent a lot of additional time after the consultation answering other questions and forwarding me other ideas and vendors with which to purchase hardware, faucets, etc. She pays attention to the finite details that many people overlook.Feb 26, 2016Verified
Hired Lisa to help finalize our design/colors for a couple of projects at the house. She was super helpful in bringing fresh ideas/perspective to the projects and put us in touch with her contacts for flooring, countertops and window treatements. Fantastic. Thanks Lisa!Apr 10, 2015Verified
Lisa helped me with a major remodel in Manhattan Beach. She came into the 14-month project about 6 months after it started and my only regret is that I didn't hire her at the beginning of my project. Lisa has a great eye for design and color and was especially good at trouble shooting and coming up with alternate ideas to correct problems. She definitely thinks outside the box and at times her ideas were hard for me to visualize but they always came out amazing. After completing the remodel she also helped me with furniture and art work selections and placement. She is currently helping me with the exterior fencing and landscaping so she is definitely a versatile and talented designer. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again on a future project.Oct 28, 2014
Lisa is enthusiastic, talented, punctual and so much fun to work with! Her follow-through is excellent, which is a rare gift in our fast paced society. Reasonable fee package for Lisa to create a space plan complete with specifications and links to purchase items myself -- we achieved so much during our first 2-hour meeting to "beautify" my daughter's sorority room by USC. Would love to work with Lisa on future projects!!Jan 18, 2015Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No complicated pricing system. I don't have mark ups on products that I source for you... I'm a straight shooter - my time and design brand in exchange for the dollar. I offer: Hour rate packages Flat rate packages
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My first step is to meet with them either by phone or an in person meeting to get to know them, their personality and discuss in great detail their goals and objectives for their project. Next step of the process is to share my fee structures and coordinate a plan that best suites their needs. Final step is the design phase where I walk the client through step by step to a completed project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I went to CSLB, through their Interior Architecture program and rely on my assistants and field contractors / vendors that I work with to keep me updated on the latest products and materials. As a design director / producer, I rely on all of my sub-contractor and vendors to be updated and expert in their fields on all the latest and greatest gadgets...etc.
